Interest:  Signaling protein organization at the myoendothelial junction (MEJ)

I am currently interested in determining how signaling proteins at the MEJ organize into polarized signaling domains. I utilize a variety of techniques to accomplish this, including vascular cell co-culture (Isakson, Circ. Res., 2005), as well as analysis of the MEJ proteome.
